A coordinated pathway connecting e-waste generators, collection partners, transporters, sorting hubs, repair facilities, authorized recyclers and recovered-material users.

The operating pathway

Five stages with clear responsibilities and records

Electronic waste should not move through undocumented or unsafe channels. The platform records the source, quantity, condition, movement and verified final route of registered products.

Citizens, institutions, SHGs and NGOs

Registration & Collection

Products are registered through individual submissions, bulk institutional requests, collection drives or approved collection points.

Registered MSMEs and logistics partners

Transport & Aggregation

Approved partners collect, provisionally record or weigh, and move products to a designated hub with handover details.

Inspection, Sorting & Pre-processing

Products are inspected and classified for reuse, repair, refurbishment, component recovery, recycling or specialized handling.

Repair, Refurbishment or Recycling

Products with remaining value are repaired or refurbished. Non-repairable items are transferred for controlled dismantling and recovery.

Circular Reintegration

Approved reusable products and verified recovered materials return to productive use through suitable circular channels.

The pilot 3R model supports preliminary triage. The final route is verified by trained personnel.

Continue use, donate, transfer or refurbish a functional product before treating it as waste.

Prioritize repair when technical feasibility, parts, product age, safety and economics are favourable.

Authorized Recycling

Route unsafe, severely damaged or end-of-life products to controlled dismantling and recovery.

Safety notice

Do not dismantle hazardous products before submission

Damaged batteries, burnt equipment, broken CRT equipment, exposed live parts and chemically contaminated products require specialized handling.

Do not puncture, crush or heat batteries.Do not burn cables, circuit boards or plastic housings.Do not mix electronic waste with ordinary household waste.Clearly disclose fire, battery, chemical or electrical hazards in the form.Wait for approved collection or drop-off instructions.
